Can I change my order?
If your order has not been shipped or start production, you can change an item in your order by reaching out to us as early as possible (15% handling fee may be charged). It cannot be changed once your package has shipped. If you would like to make a change to your order, please contact us at sales@diaperu.com at your earliest convenience.

Return & Refunds Policy
All our products is non-returnable due to hygiene/health and personal care/wellness nature of the product. This policy does not affect replacement for defects or shipment of incorrect product or other shipping errors.
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have a strict returns and refunds policy.
We have a zero tolerance returns policy for any and all products that have been taken out of its original packaging.
We will only accept a return if the product(s) is brand new, sealed, and has not been taken out of its original packaging.
If your product is brand new and has not been taken out of its original packaging, we will be able to accept a return within 30 days of purchase.
You will be responsible for any and all shipping costs required for the return of your product(s) to our warehouse.
All returns are subject to a return processing fee of $8 USD per product. This fee will be deducted from your balance before a DiaperU store credit is processed.
Upon return, all products are inspected by our warehouse team before your store credit is processed. We do not offer exchanges on our products.
Products returned to us in a condition that does not meet our returns policy, will not be eligible for a store credit and will be disposed of.

Import Duties / Tax / VAT and associated fees
International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. DiaperU cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information.
Where is my order shipping from?
All orders are packed and shipped from China or Hong Kong.
How can I track my order?
When your order have been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information. If you have any question about your orders, please email us at sales@diaperu.com
What can i do if I enter my address incorrectly?
If your address is incorrect, our shipping carrier will be unable to deliver your packages. We are unable to change your order details once it has shipped.
We suggest you contact the shipping carrier directly to update your address as soon as possible.
Typically, packages with incorrect addresses will be returned to us by the shipping carrier.
Once the package have been returned to us, DiaperU store credit for the balance your order will be processed minus a $10 USD handling fee.
What if my order arrived damaged?
If your order has arrived defective or defective, please send us an email at sales@diaperu.com with your order number and photographic evidence.
What is the product care Instructions
Machine wash cold with similar colors, do not bleach, tumble dry low, do not iron, do not dry clean.
